Lorenzo de Zavala’s Annual Christmas Drive becomes a success! LDZ’s teachers and staff come together to help out the community once again by delivering Christmas gifts to families in need during these unprecedented times.

It is our passion to ensure success for each student by providing a sense of belonging, a safe learning environment, and a challenging curriculum. We will respect, motivate, and nurture student’s individual needs by providing a wealth of opportunities for learning and growth. We will build on student strengths by adhering to high standards in academic achievement, using innovative technology, encouraging participation in the Fine Arts, and the well-being through physical education. Welcome to Lorenzo De Zavala Middle School, the home of the mighty Coyotes! Let me begin by saying how excited I am to now officially be part of the Lorenzo De Zavala Middle School students, parents, and staff. The upcoming school year 2020-2021 brings all of the excitement of new beginnings, new experiences, and new opportunities to learn and grow. Lorenzo De Zavala Middle School has a reputation of excellence and we will continue to strive to become the best. We are about to embark upon a new school year with many challenges, great enthusiasm, and anticipation of new opportunities that will enhance our instructional programs and school community as a whole. We are committed to providing innovative lessons to our students, incorporating technology in order to meet the needs of the 21st century skills that will prepare them to be high school, college, and career ready. I am honored to serve as the principal of Lorenzo De Zavala Middle School. It is truly a privilege to be a part of this school where parents, teachers, and students care for each other and strive to build positive relationships that support academic and social growth.
