πŸΊβ€οΈπŸ–€ This week, our 6th graders visited the LDZ School Library for their Library Orientation! Students had the opportunity to meet our school librarian, Mr. M. Flores, and learn about all the library has to offer. They also received important information about digital citizenship and how to properly care for and use their brand-new Chromebooks. πŸ’»πŸ” Of course, no library orientation would be complete without BOOKS! πŸ“šπŸ˜ Here’s to a great year of reading, learning, discovering, and growing! πŸš€πŸ“šπŸΊTwo young girls stand in a library, each holding a book by Dav Pilkey.Students work on laptops at tables in a bright, well-stocked library.A young boy with glasses smiles while holding two books, 'Awesome Friendly Adventure' and 'Dog Man: Brawl of the Wild', in a library.A young boy in a grey shirt and jeans selects a book from a colorful library shelf.A young boy sits in a chair holding two books, one titled 'Black Beauty' and the other 'Battle Home Plate'.A group of smiling students proudly hold up various books in a library setting.Students browse bookshelves in a library, with one boy holding a book.Students gather around a bookshelf in a classroom, discussing books.Three children proudly hold up books in a library setting, with one child reading in a chair.Students work collaboratively on laptops and a tablet at a wooden table in a library.
